ワサビの葉と花の絵付けを施した小皿です。
私たちの住む地域は自然が豊かで、少し歩いたところに天然のワサビが自生する沢があります。
静かで美しい沢の川縁に、春のまだ寒い季節に花を咲かせたワサビが生えており、
私たちは時折数本いただいて、自宅でおひたしにして食べたりします。
ただ、最近は夏場の酷暑の影響もあり、以前よりワサビの数が減ってきています。
美しい自然の大切さ、その豊かさに日々助けられていることを忘れないためにも
その存在が確かであることを、器を通して記そうと思いました。
食事の際の取り皿としてお使いいただくと、サラダやメインの食事、副菜などを
バランスよく盛り付けることができ、使い勝手の良い器です。
絵付けを楽しみたい方は、ケーキやあられなどのおやつを置く器として、
またはピアスなどのアクセサリートレーとしてもお使いいただけます。

■シミやカビなど汚れがつきにくいです。
■テーブルなどに置いた際、ご使用上には問題ない程度のがたつきが見られる場合がございます。
■使用過程で貫入（表面釉薬の亀裂）が入ることがありますが、ヒビや破損ではないため、使用に支障はありません。
■できる限り自然な作りを目指しているため、細かいざらつきを感じることがありますが、問題なくご使用いただけます。

This small plate is hand-painted with motifs of wasabi leaves and flowers.
The area where we live is rich in nature, and just a short walk away, there is a quiet stream where wild wasabi grows naturally.
Along the banks of this serene and beautiful stream, wasabi plants bloom in early spring, even while the air is still cold.
From time to time, we harvest a few stems and enjoy them at home as a simple ohitashi dish.
In recent years, however, the number of wasabi plants has begun to decline, likely due to the increasingly intense summer heat.
Through this piece, we wanted to quietly record the presence of this landscape—
as a way of remembering the importance of nature and the richness that continues to support our daily lives.
This plate works well as a side plate during meals, allowing you to serve salads, main dishes, or side dishes in a balanced and practical way.
For those who enjoy the artwork itself, it can also be used as a plate for sweets such as cakes or snacks, or even as an accessory tray for items like earrings.
