使い勝手の良い豆皿に、カワセミを描きました。
カワセミは川縁を散策しているとよく見かける鳥で、馴染みのある鳥です。
ただ、飛ぶスピードがあまりにも速いので私は早々に見失います。。。
鮮やかなコバルトの羽と、ひだまりのような色のお腹の毛が美しいので
カワセミの美しさを壊さないよう、配色や塗り方に気をつけて制作しました。
豆皿は用途も様々で、食器としてお使いいただく場合は
ワサビやネギなどお薬味を置く器としても、お漬物を添える器にするなど、
ちょっとした食材を入れていただくのにぴったりです。
また、ティータイムのお供としてナッツやドライフルーツなどを入れていただいても良いです。
そのほかの使い方は、ピアスやブレスレットなどの細かなアクセサリーのトレーとして、
自転車の鍵など、日々使うけど無くしやすい小さなものを入れておくトレーとしてなど
お使いいただく方の日々の暮らしにそっと寄り添ってくれるアイテムです。

■釉薬は手作業でかけられているため、かかり方が均一でない場合があり、色合いにムラがでます。
■ピンホールが見受けられることがあります。
■ひとつひとつ違った表情をみせる、手作りならではの風合いを楽しみたい方におすすめです。
■シミやカビなど汚れがつきにくいです。
■テーブルなどに置いた際、ご使用上には問題ない程度のがたつきが見られる場合がございます。
■使用過程で貫入（表面釉薬の亀裂）が入ることがありますが、ヒビや破損ではないため、使用に支障はありません。
■できる限り自然な作りを目指しているため、細かいざらつきを感じることがありますが、問題なくご使用いただけます。

〈Hand-painted piece〉
This small plate features a hand-painted kingfisher motif on a simple, easy-to-use form.
The kingfisher is a familiar bird I often encounter while walking along the riverside.
Yet its flight is so swift that I almost always lose sight of it in an instant.
Its vivid cobalt-blue feathers and warm, sunlit tones on its underside are strikingly beautiful.
In painting this piece, I paid close attention to color and layering,
so as not to disturb the natural balance of its brilliance.
The plate is versatile in everyday use—
ideal for small portions such as condiments or pickles,
as well as for snacks like nuts or dried fruits during tea time.
It also works well as a tray for accessories or small everyday items like keys.
