薪窯で焼成した一点もののお茶碗です。
私たちの薪窯には様々な特徴がありますが、こちらのお茶碗は３室ある部屋のうちの、３室目で取れた器です。
３室目の特徴は、このお茶碗のように燃えるような赤い色が現れます。
酸素をたっぷり吸い込んで生まれる独特な赤色は、激しい赤さではなく、包み込むような優しい赤色です。
炎の熱さや勢いも感じられますが、それよりも柔らかな温かみを全体にまとったお茶碗です。
器の外側には大胆なラインの削り模様があり、その周辺をうずまきのような模様の手仕事も入っています。
ぱっと見はシンプルな赤いお茶碗ですが、手にとってじっくり見ると手仕事や薪窯の特徴を沢山垣間見ることができます。
お茶碗の内側も優しい乳白色で、白米や炊き込みご飯、雑穀米など
どんなご飯も優しく穏やかに包み込んでくれます。
また、しっかりと深さもあるのでお味噌汁などの汁物を入れるボウルとしても、
ミニサラダを入れていただいたり、煮物などのお料理にもお使いいただきやすいです。

■釉薬は手作業でかけられているため、かかり方が均一でない場合があり、色合いにムラがでます。
■ピンホールが見受けられることがあります。
■ひとつひとつ違った表情をみせる、手作りならではの風合いを楽しみたい方におすすめです。
■シミやカビなど汚れがつきにくいです。
■テーブルなどに置いた際、ご使用上には問題ない程度のがたつきが見られる場合がございます。
■使用過程で貫入（表面釉薬の亀裂）が入ることがありますが、ヒビや破損ではないため、使用に支障はありません。
■できる限り自然な作りを目指しているため、細かいざらつきを感じることがありますが、問題なくご使用いただけます。

A one-of-a-kind rice bowl, fired in a wood kiln.
Our wood-fired kiln has several distinctive characteristics.
This particular bowl was fired in the third chamber of the kiln,
one of three separate chambers.
Pieces from this chamber often develop a glowing, flame-like red,
as seen in this bowl.
This unique red emerges through a rich supply of oxygen during firing.
Rather than an intense or aggressive tone,
it is a soft, enveloping red—
carrying a gentle warmth throughout the piece.
While you can sense the heat and energy of the flame,
what remains most is a quiet, comforting warmth.

On the exterior, bold carved lines run across the surface,
accompanied by subtle spiral-like hand-work surrounding them.
At first glance, it appears to be a simple red bowl,
but when held and observed closely,
you begin to notice the many details shaped by hand
and the distinctive character of wood firing.

The interior is finished in a soft milky white,
allowing rice—whether plain, seasoned, or mixed grains—
to be presented in a calm and inviting way.
With its generous depth,
it can also be used as a bowl for miso soup,
a small salad, or simmered dishes—
making it a versatile piece for everyday use.
